When 61-year-old Diana Nyad announced she would attempt the 103-mile swim from Cuba to Florida without a shark cage, Secret supported her fearless dream. And despite the threat of hurricanes and shark-infested waters, Diana jumped in the ocean off the Cuban coast this summer. With Secret and all our fans behind her, Diana swam an incredible 56.16 miles without stopping before having to abandon the swim due to health and weather problems. We could not be any prouder of Diana for what she has accomplished—she’s proved you can be fearless at any age, and that those who try can be just as inspiring as those who succeed.
